Doublegram Labs is a subscription that gives you access to ALL tools in our marketplace, plus AI credits and priority support. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases for individual tools. Labs subscribers get exclusive discounts (20-30% off) on lifetime licenses.
AI credits are used to power AI features across our tools, like the Doublegram AI bot and content generation features. Different subscription plans include different amounts of monthly AI credits. Credits reset each month and subscription credits are used first.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. You can also reactivate your subscription before it expires if you change your mind.
Doublegram Labs subscribers get priority support through our dedicated channels. All users can access our community support, documentation, and help center. For technical issues, you can contact us through the support section in your account.
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. You can always upgrade to get more AI credits, groups, and devices. To downgrade, cancel your subscription and then buy the subscription plan you want from the Labs page.
Device limits refer to how many devices you can use simultaneously to run our tools. Group limits refer to how many Telegram groups or channels you can manage with our tools at the same time. Higher plans include more devices and groups.
